MentOrg are delighted to award Rachel Cresswell of Cornwall Pure Business the Introduction to Mentoring Qualification.
Di Baker, MentOrg MD, said "this is a very special occasion as
Rachel is the first MentOrg student to receive the Award" and that
she was looking forward to the next group of students completing
their mentoring qualifications.
Rachel said that she chose MentOrg because of their unique ability
to design a cutting edge course and shape a qualification to fit
individual need. "The course offered valuable insights into the
skills and challenges of mentoring relationships, which enhances my
ability to support new businesses starting up in Cornwall,
understanding their business needs". Rachel said that the new
mentoring skills she had learned will enable her to offer
specialist business mentoring support, hence adding to the economic
growth of Cornwall.
Di is delighted that Rachel is developing her skills to the next level of qualification and MentOrg are now in the process of designing a mentoring and coaching program which meets the specific needs of Rachel's organisation to be delivered at a time and place convenient to her work commitments.
The awarding body, National Open College Network, stated that they are delighted with the high standards set by MentOrg in structuring and presenting mentoring, the thoroughness of their quality system and the support provided for their students.
