YTKO's 'Partner to Succeed' Launches Collaboration Clubs

Following the inaugural 'Collaboration Survey' for the county, carried out by PFA Research in the summer of 2010, Partner to Succeed has created a series of extended seminars centred around the primary business objectives identified for the year ahead:

The top 4 priority areas for 2011 were cited as:

Increasing sales
Reducing costs
Improving competitiveness
Managing capacity

The first two seminars launched by Partner to Succeed are the ‘Sales Growth Collaboration Club’ and a ‘Resource Efficiency Collaboration Club’.

These ‘clubs’ are restricted to a maximum of 8 businesses, are free of charge, designed to help companies address their own specific needs and identify both individual and collaborative opportunities.

Each programme will include:

An initial 3-hour seminar (8:30am – 11:30am inc breakfast)
A personalised ‘Efficiency Scorecard’ (including analysis and 1:1 feedback)
Two further 3-hour extended-breakfast sessions to review the collective challenges of the group and provide the skills and knowledge that your business will need to achieve the opportunities highlighted.

Resource Efficiency Collaboration Club

Partner to Succeed is working closely with Low Carbon Futures to deliver a Resource Efficiency Collaboration Club, enabling you to assess your energy usage, look at environmental impact, how collaborative solutions may be more effective and most importantly allow businesses to save money.

The dates for the first session of the upcoming RECC are as follows:

16th March

24th March

Sales Growth Collaboration Club

This club will enable you to assess your current sales potential, maximise sales volume, identify new opportunities and assess how collaborative solutions may enhance your sales process.

The dates for the first session of the upcoming SGCC are as follows:

11th March

18th March (for Environment Technology companies)

Partner to Succeed will shortly be announcing the start date for a Sales Growth Collaboration Club targeted specifically towards Engineering companies
